Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “I do not know how long I will remain among you, so follow the two after me, Abu Bakr and Umar.”

٥٨٢١ - وَعَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ (رضي الله عنه) قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ : إِنِّي لَا أَدْرِي مَا بَقَائِي فِيكُمْ فَاقْتَدُوا بِاللَّذَيْنِ مِنْ بَعْدِي أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ». رَوَاهُ التَّرْمِذِيُّ.
