From Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), she reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The time for 'Isha' is when the night fills the belly of every valley."

ام المومنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کرتی ہیں کہ حضور
صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ عشاء کا وقت اس وقت ہوتا ہے کہ رات کی تاریکی روئے زمین پر پھیل
جائے۔ (اس کا حاصل یہ ہے کہ سفید شفق غائب ہو جائے)۔
(اس کی روایت طبرانی نے الاوسط میں کی ہے۔)
