English

Narrated by Abu Ishaq: "I heard Abdur-Rahman ibn Yazid say: 'Abdullah performed Hajj and ordered me to stay with him. When it was the night of Muzdalifah and dawn had broken, he said: "Stand up." I said: 'O Abu Abdur-Rahman, this is a time at which I have never seen you pray.' He said: 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would not pray at this time, except on this day and in this place.' Abdullah said: 'There are two prayers that are changed from their appointed time: the Maghrib prayer after the people return from Muzdalifah, and the Fajr prayer when the dawn breaks.' I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ do this.'"
