It is narrated from Buraidah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Give glad tidings to those who walk to the mosques in the dark of the night that they will have a shining light on the Day of Resurrection."

۹۷۹ - وَعَنْ بُرَيْدَةَ (رضي الله عنه) قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ : بَشَّرِ الْمَشَائِينَ فِي الظُّلَمِ إِلَى الْمَسَاجِدِ بِالنُّوْرِ النَّامِّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ». رَوَاهُ التَّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ، وَرَوَاهُ ابْنِ مَاجَهِ عَنْ سَهْلِ ابْنِ سَعْدٍ وَأَنَسٍ ها.

بریدہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے انہوں نے کہا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم
نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ (نماز باجماعت کے لئے) اندھیری رات میں مسجدوں کی طرف جانے والوں کو
قیامت کے دن کامل نور کی خوشخبری سنا دو۔ (اس کی روایت ترمذی اور ابوداؤد نے کی ہے۔)
اور اس کی روایت ابن ماجہ نے سہل بن سعد اور انس رضی اللہ عنہما سے کی ہے)
