Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “The most complete of believers in faith are those with the best character, and the best of you are the best to their women in character.” Narrated by Tirmidhi, who said: This is a good, authentic Hadith. Abu Dawud narrated it up to “character.”

۳۳۳۱ - وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ (رضي الله عنه) قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «أَكْمَلُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِيمَانًا أَحْسَنُهُمْ خُلُقًا، وَخِيَارُكُمْ خِيَارُكُمْ لِنِسَائِهِمْ خُلُقًا» . رَوَاهُ التَّرْمِذِيُّ، وَقَالَ: هَذَا حَدِيثُ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ. رَوَاهُ أَبُوْ دَاوُدَ إِلَى قَوْلِهِ: «خُلُقًا».

ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے وہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی
اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا ہے کہ ایمان والوں میں کمال ایمان کے اعتبار سے سب سے
بہتر وہ مومن ہے جس کے اخلاق و عادات سب سے اچھے ہوں اور تم میں سب سے بہتر وہ
ہیں جو اپنی بیویوں کے ساتھ اچھائی (اور نرمی) کے ساتھ پیش آتے ہیں۔
(اس کی روایت ترمذی نے کی ہے اور ترمذی نے کہا ہے کہ یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے اس کی
روایت ابوداؤد نے لفظ خلقاً تک کی ہے۔)
