Narrated by Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him): I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) say: "Indeed, Allah created Adam from a handful He took from all of the earth. Therefore, the children of Adam came according to the earth: some are red, some white, some black, and some are between that. Some are easy-going, some are harsh, and some are good, and some are bad." [Narrated by Ahmad, Tirmidhi, and Abu Dawood)

٩٤ - وَعَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى (رضي الله عنه) قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُوْلُ: «إِنَّ اللهَ خَلَقَ آدَمَ مِنْ قُبْضَةٍ قَبَضَهَا مِنْ جَمِيعِ الْأَرْضِ، فَجَاءَ بَنُوْ آدَمَ عَلَى قَدْرِ الْأَرْضِ، مِنْهُمُ الْأَحْمَرُ وَالْأَبْيَضُ وَالْأَسْوَدُ وَبَيْنَ ذَلِكَ، وَالسَّهْلُ وَالْحَزْنُ وَالْخَبِيثُ وَالطَّيِّبُ». رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالتَّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ.

ابوموسیٰ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے، کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی
اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے آدم علیہ السلام کو ایک ایسی مشت خاک سے پیدا کیا
جس کو ہر طرح کی زمین سے لیا تھا، لہٰذا آدم علیہ السلام کی اولاد زمین کے موافق پیدا ہوئی، جن میں
چند سرخ رنگ والے، چند سفید، چند کالے، اور چند سانولے، اور چند نرم مزاج، اور چند سخت مزاج،
اور چند بُرے اور چند اچھے ہیں۔ (اس کی روایت امام احمد، ترمذی اور ابوداؤد نے کی ہے)۔
